We are in B2B and welcome various ways of collaborating with you, depending on your profile, strategy, and choice. We sketch out below major collaboration schemes, applicable to retailers, wholesalers/ distributors, and designated procurers/ dealers/ agents.
When to use: to begin with
We can work together on one-off POs to get to know each other professionally, perhaps on smaller quantities first. Payment terms are less favorable, which are normally T/T (with advances) and L/C at sight.
When to use: afterwards
After sometime working on one-off POs, we can enter into a framework agreement that governs series of POs. Some credit can be offered within credit limits (in terms of both value and timeline). Prices can also be better than in one-off POs.
When commercial relationships develop
When a framework agreement involves geographic territories (with or without exclusivity), that becomes a distributorship with even more favors than model #2.
When strategic choices require and corporate profiles match
If you are a professional player in the wicker homeware industry (retailer and/or wholesaler) and possess solid design expectise, we are willing to function as your OEM under a framework agreement.
When trust & strategic choices allow
You and us work alongside to design and develop new products in a collection that is subject to exclusivty and mandated agreement (inclusive of NDA and non-competiton). Other terms and credits work just as in a framework agreement.
When buyers lack design resources
Based your relevant market insights, you share with us preliminary product concept and we’ll take it to final design and manufacturing till shipment. Other terms work just like in a standard framework agreement. You do not have control over final designs.
