| 2. Do you sell only to retailers? We supply to both retailers and wholesalers/ distributors. Regardless of who you are, we do work on ODM/ OEM basis. |
| 3. Do you require MOQ? Yes, our normal MOQ is 150-200 pieces or 100 sets. However, that also depends on each PO’s value and cost optimization. |
| 4. Can we get samples before placing a PO? Yes it takes 7-10 days to make samples which may be offered free of charge to potential large buyers. Freight is to collect. |
| 5. How do you guarantee quality? Sample production always goes before mass production. In mass production, a strict QC process is always maintained. Before shipment, a final inspection is conducted to ensure all goods meet AQL2.5 standard. |
| 6. How long is your lead time? Our standard lead time is 45 days, which can be shortened or lengthened contingent upon the circumstances. |
| 7. What materials do you use for making your products? We use all eco-friendly materials for production. Besides the regular such as water hyacinth, seagrass, and rattan, we are also working on new materials like river bulrush and cattail. |
| 8. What are your terms of payment? T/T (iwith advances) or L/C at sight is used for new customers. With long-established customers, we may offer some credit. |
| 9. What is your supply capacity of a high-demand item during peak season? We can afford to supply up to 10*40’HC containers per month. |
| 10. Do you offer quantity discounts? Yes we do offer 5% volume discounts to all orders with 2*40’HC containers. |
